Over 40 posts in under a week? Holy moly! I actually had to double-check to see if I had already posted my check-in because I couldn't remember!

Been reading everyone's posts and so great to hear how everyone is doing. Waving a big *HELLO* to everyone! :-D

Christine that is a great deal on a play kitchen!

Hi everyone else, we really do post a lot don't we?

This weekend we are working on potty training Eloise. She is ready, she just isn't sure she is ready. Yesterday went okay, she had one accident and went in the potty the rest of the time. The biggest issue is she insists on wearing underwear and it is far easier to potty train naked, but she wants her Minnie Mouse undies!

Desmond is finally done with his antibiotics which is great, so glad I don't have to get him to take them 3 times a day anymore.

We just had Sully's 6 month appointment yesterday. He is doing great, he got a DTaP which he wasn't happy about, but his growth is great. He is 17 pounds 8.5 ounces and 26 1/2 inches long. He is doing great developmentally as well.

I also got Eloise weighted and she is up to 22 pounds 8 ounces! She might make 24 pounds by 3 which would be great. She gain just about 2 pounds in 7 months, I am thrilled. Yes she is still tiny and in the under 5% percentile for weight, but she gained a bunch, at least for her.

Thank you for the sig Mary

Liz - How frustrating with the daycare/milk situation... I mean, how hard would it be for them to make that small accommodation, sheesh. How'd Peter do with the cows milk the second night you tried it?

Jessica - woohoo on sleeping through the night! FX that continues for you... it is amazing to get a solid nights sleep and I really feel for the parents out there who don't.

Suzie - Wow, lawnmower seems like a huge word for such a little kid!! Impressive!

Just a quick post since I am on my phone. David slept until 730 yesterday and 745 today. We put him to bed around 830/845 both nights. We will have to put him to bed earlier tonight since he goes to the sitter around 730.

Sandy - That is so awesome that David slept in! Selin is usually up by 7am, if not earlier.

For some reason lately, she will not STTN at my parents' house, which sucks for me because it's the only chance I have a bed to myself! I don't know if it's because she is sleeping in the same room as me or what. They have the exact same crib as we do and I always bring her blanket from home. Last night she slept from 8pm-4am and then went back to sleep from about 5/5:30am-7:45am. At least she went back to sleep. One time she woke up at 4:30am and was up for good! She has STTN at their house in the past so don't know why now is any different. The sleeping arrangements haven't changed at all.

On CD 39 and still no sign of AF. Been feeling a little queasy and light-headed this weekend. Not sure if it's RPS or my mind playing tricks on me. Getting nervous about testing tomorrow morning! Eeek! I'm excited but also very nervous. I have no idea how DH is going to react. If I am PG, I would be due next summer, which would be fine school-wise, but I really don't want to put a little baby in daycare and wanted to avoid the whole going on maternity leave next fall but guess whatever is meant to be, will be.

Christine- That is why exactly I don't like going to see my family. David never sleeps through the night or he wakes up early he just doesn't sleep well. Last time was the first time he slept in a bed and actually he woke up only once so maybe it was b/c the pack and play was uncomfortable for him.

I hope you get the result you are looking for if you are pg or not. I know myself I would kind of freak as I know it would be a strain for us financially and waiting until next spring will make a big difference even though I wouldn't mind TTC right now.

AF showed this morning!! I'm glad I waited until today before testing so I didn't have to waste a test.! I am relieved and hope we'll make it till the spring like we originally intended. :-)

Hope you all have the day off today! Selin and I just woke up and are about to make blueberry pancakes then go to the children's museum.

Hi all... I don't have good news... My sister went for her first u/s last week, and things are definitely not OK. She was 8 weeks, but the baby measured barely 6 weeks, and had a very weak heartbeat. The tech's first (hopeful) reaction was to think there had been a delayed ovulation. But my sister was on clomid, and they timed ovulation via u/s... and she got her BFP 10 days after said ovulation. So that's not possible... The other explanation is that the pregnancy is stopping. So now she has to wait a couple of days and get another u/s to determine what they are doing... Her OB is reluctant to do a D+C, and wants to wait and see if it will turn into a miscarriage in a few days. I'm not sure how she's handling it. I suppose being a Dr. she's more aware of the reasons that cause such things and can rationalize them a little more. She went on and on with us about such causes, and how this is "natural and very common". But she isn't talking about her feelings at all... so I suppose she's in real pain inside. I'm also really sad, because I was very happy to share a pregnancy with her. And also my guilty feelings are back with a vengeance... I feel like I should hide my belly when I'm with her, and find myself second thinking a lot of my conversation.... (sigh!) Gosh... I so hope they get a super healthy baby soon!!

Christine- You seemed relieved and I am glad. I know you carefully thought this out and then you were like what if. I have been though that several times even though I"m on the pill.
