I am having supply issues when I pump. I have been breastfeeding pumping pretty much all the time. I did supplement with occasional formula. So all of a sudden if I bf my son at night say last night he got up at 3:30. I tried to pump this morning around 6:30am or so and I only got 2 oz. Before if I would do that I would get at least 4-5 oz. Now I get almost nothing. I only had enough for the sitter since I pumped 2 oz last night. It just seems all of a sudden I am not getting as much. When I BF he gets plenty but it is when I try to pump and give him a bottle. I end up giving formula sometimes just b/c I want to save for the next day and that way the sitter doesn't have to give him formula. I don't want to but I can't get enough BM otherwise for the next day. I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden when before I could get at least 2 good 5 oz bottles since I went back to work when my son turned 2 mos. I work at home. I know my son isn't eating as often but he is eating more about 5 1/2 to 6oz but when I pump I still don't get much. I was told I should pump more and I would get more but I have been pumping every 3-4 hours and no such luck. Anyone have any advice?

Eat oatmeal!! It can increase your milk supply. Also here is a good link explaining a ton of things you can do to increase your supply: http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/low-supply.html
You could also try pumping one breast while David is nursing on the other. A lot of times, people have trouble pumping all that is in there because they don't get good letdown without the baby there. If you can't pump with David on the other breast, pumping near him or while looking at a picture of him could also help.
Also, BFing stimulates the breasts more than pumping does. So if I were you I would BF him whenever possible and ONLY give bottles (of BM or formula) when you have to. Then you wouldn't need to pump as much anyway (ideally). Good luck--keep us posted!
