Has anyone dealt with reflux with their little one? I'm pretty convinced that Evan has it - he cries after feeding pretty much every time, when he cries he arches his back like he's in pain, it's hard to console him (or impossible!), and he spits up quite a bit/multiple times. Once he spits up, he seems to feel better.
We have tried the positioning techniques: feeding him more upright (when feeding with a bottle), burping throughout the feed, keeping him upright for 20-30 minutes after a feed, and having him sleep on an incline. It doesn't seem to be helping much, and i just feel so bad for the little guy!
Does anyone have any other tips? I really don't want to put him on medication if I don't have too, but if it's still like this by our next pediatrician appointment we might have to go that route.
