Or, at least not preventing or waiting for AF to show up or something. You should go join the TTCing thread with Kim, I want to chart stalk ya'll--it will be like before you were pregnant again!! LOL. Okay, it is slightly depressing to me I've come full circle with some of you, but I have to admit I'm excited at the chance of being pregnant with some of you after all. Just had to give a shout out. :-P

I was stalking the TTC thread, and I saw my name :-)

I'm not really TTC yet. We're still using avoiding, I'm actually planning to start charting for FAM now that James is in his own bed. (!)

Every time I get AF my milk supply drops really bad for 2 or 3 days, so I'm worried what pregnancy might do to my milk supply, I'd really like to get James as close as possible to a year old before getting pg, so I can wean him if necessary. Or at least not have him depending on me for 90% of his calories.

I hope you, me, and Kim can all be pregnant together though, that would be awesome!

Yeah, and it seems like there will be more Moms going for number two or more before we know it! How fun.

I'm not TTCing yet, but I am starting to feel the urge. We won't be TTCing till 2011 though, which seems really far away right now, even though I know the time will fly.

Wow, crazy. I'm still looking at 2011 for TTCing again. However, with the return of AF, I did revisit my fertility friend account, which was kind of surreal.

Who knows, Adrienne. Maybe we'll be TTCing our second babies together! :)

When are you planning on TTC number 2 in 2011 Lorien?

I want to start in fall of 2011 but wouldn't mind if it takes a few months or 2-3 long cycles to conceive:)

Also do you use cloth wipes when you go out? Do you put them in something so that they are already moist? At home of course there is always water available but sometimes when we are out I am guessing there won't be, so I was thinking maybe disposable wipes would be better to use then.

Also do you have any favorite brands for CDs? I have a pretty good starting collection but am always interested in what people like and why.

Ash to answer your cloth wipe question, we use cloth wipes when we go out, we just make sure to have a bottle of water handy as needed. Cloth wipes are just so much nicer then disposable wipes, that we've been known to use cloth wipes even when using disposable diapers.

Ash, I also use cloth wipes when I'm out, the problem with using disposable wipes with cloth diapers is you don't have a disposable diaper to wrap the wipe up in, and you have to find a trash can or something for it... I've accidentally washed a disposable wipe a couple of times, and that's when I decided to just use cloth wipes all the time...

I soak my wipes a few at time with a wipe solution,. (I usually mix some solution in an old water bottle, and then pour it on maybe 6 at a time or something so they aren't sitting damp for too long) I usually keep them in a regular wipes box. For going out you can put them in one of the smaller travel wipes boxes, or in a plastic baggie.

Probably TTCing on the same time scale in 2011 as we did in 2008 - aiming for a March/April baby, so we'll probably start in June or so.

I seem to be the lame one around here and just use disposable wipes when I'm out. I'm just not organized enough to do cloth, as much as I love my wipe warmer+cloth wipes at home. We're just often doing diaper changes in random places and I'm bad about carrying water with me (actually an ongoing thing I'd like to be better about).

As for favorite brand - I think I'd have to say my Drybees pocket AIOs (we only put a doubler in if we're using them overnight). They fit Patrick really well. I also like the BumGenius One-Size AIOs. But, AIOs are pricey, so we don't have a lot of those and they mostly get used at daycare.

We were using GMD prefolds at home, which I loved. But he's started wanting to roll over while being changed and there's no stopping him. Sometimes I end up changing him on the floor with his head between my knees to keep him from rolling over. So prefolds have become nearly impossible. For the moment I'm using some kissaluvs fitteds that I got used and they're working fine, but I don't love them and am not sure what I wan to do longterm. I might look into getting my prefolds made into fitteds or something like that. I also should figure out liners now that he's eating solids b/c we're having some seriously grossness around here now :P
