Grace - hope your surgery goes well! Leaking milk is a definite possibility. Back before Christmas, when I had that awful abcess, after it ruptured the hole DID leak milk. Not only was it kind of gross, but it was a huge PITA!!! I kept having to bandage it with fresh pads and after a while my shirt would still start to get wet. I would also wake up in a soaking wet bed. The worst was while I was actually pumping though. In hindsight I probably should have just

Anna - Yay for TTC! Sending you lots of baby dust!!!

Kelly - How's your job hunt going? No luck on my end yet, although I've had one interview so far but didn't get the job. I go back to

Kelly - Thanks! :-) Yes, I'm charting again this time (dug up my old FF account that still had like 100 days of VIP membership on it). I had to re-read TCOTF though as I'd forgotten so much stuff!

Christine - good luck job hunting. I do hope you find something soon, I can imagine the prospect of leaving Selin with 3 different people isn't the most reassuring one. And I'd definitely try a cup again; as I said before Teddy was much more inclined to drink from cups (he also never touched a bottle once I BFd full time).

Christine - nothing on the job front yet, but I sort of gave up for the summer. My initial feelings of panic at having no source of income have mellowed enough for us to realize we will at least be okay for the summer. I'll start looking full force again in another month or so. Good luck to you, and also good luck with getting Selin to take a bottle!

Anna - you should post your FF ticker in your siggy again so we can chart-stalk you! LOL. I don't keep up with the TTC threads so haven't really chart-stalked anyone since Adrienne. LOL.

Jan - good to see you again! We missed you! Glad to hear Kaeden is doing so well!

Kelly - I've put my ticker on below :-) Feel free to chart stalk me! So far my temps seem to be a bit more irregular than they used to; I hope my body's not lost its rhythm after childbirth, BFing and two different types of BC pills.

Jan good to see you here again. I know the feeling about wanting to TTC now, but waiting. I'm glad Kaeden is doing well.

Anna, good luck on the TTCing, I hope it happens quickly for you!

Everyone else, hi, glad things are going decently.

As for us. DH and I DtD last night. I left it up to him if he wanted to use protection or not. I figured that was the easiest way to go since I think I am ready for number 3 now. So we'll see what happens at the end of the month. It is fairly unlikely that anything will come of it, but we were a bit closer to O then I was thinking. I would be happy with another March/April baby though so we'll see.

We had fun at my parent's this weekend. Desmond loved going to the pool and going down the water slide and so did Eloise. We went two times a day most days and Desmond went down between 5 and 15 times each time we went, he loved it. We also went out on the boat which was nice, and had fun hanging out with my parents and sister and Desmond's sort of cousin who is 18 months older then him.

Actually she and Desmond ended up going outside by themselves without telling anyone. Oops! Fortunately we figured it out fairly quickly when we heard them when we were on the porch grilling dinner. They had fun though.

Both Eloise and Desmond enjoyed fireworks on the 4th as well, I knew Desmond would but I wasn't sure about Eloise, but she really enjoyed them as well.

Oh Eloise went to bed by herself last night. I think I might try it again tonight. After I nursed her she was rolling, playing, standing and poking me, so I left her alone on the bed, she cried for about 10 seconds and then went to sleep within 10 minutes all on her own. Now if I could get Desmond to do the same.

How are my toddlers?

What words is your baby/toddler saying?

If you have an older kid, have they said anything funny recently?

Any new behaviors or new skills that you are noticing?

What is your favorite thing about toddlerhood (or childhood) vs. infancy?
