Too much weight gain?

I just took Avery in for her 4 month doctor's visit (4 months and 1 week today). The doctor was a little concerned about her weight gain and it just has me feeling terrible! She's 18 pounds and 25 inches long. (Her birth weight was 5 lbs, 15 oz at 35 weeks.) She jumped from the 75th percentile at 2 months to over 95th...She's exclusively breastfed and I've never worried about over or under feeding her until now. She's still up several times a night, and the doctor recommended putting some rice cereal in bottles to help her go longer stretches. I don't really feel that's necessary nor do I want the hassle of bottles. I've always felt confident that I'm doing the right thing and that she's been gaining beautifully but now I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Any words of wisdom? (And yes, I need to update my sig!)

BF babies do not follow the growth charts which were modeled after FF babies.

Erin - the others have said it all already, but yeah, a BF'ed baby can't be overweight/overfed.

As long as she seems happy and doesn't have stomach issues (lots of throwing up, etc) then of course she is doing perfectly fine and you absolutely aren't overfeeding her- which isn't even really possible when you EBF.
