Update on David

Hello All!
I know I haven't been on here much and probably everyone is wondering how I am doing.
Well, David and I are doing well. He will be 3 months next Friday and it's hard to believe he's been here that long already. It has been a great journey but rough at times. He has (we think acc'd to the pediatrician) colic so he cries a lot. But, he is finally starting to settle down and giving him gas drops also helps a ton. Hoping the crankiness and fussiness is getting towards the end. Sometimes I wonder if we will have another one after this, but I am sure we will. There were a lot of nights my husband and I had to take turns holding him and eating dinner. It wasn't fun.
However, at night he has been great. He has been sleeping anywhere from about 6-9 hours a night the past few weeks. In fact, he started sleeping 5 hours when he was about 4-5 weeks old, so I feel lucky.

Oooohhhh I remember the colic hell...lots of hugs! It's nice that he's such a good sleeper, though! He's such a cutie pie :).

Sorry about the colic! It's just miserable & will break the best of parents!
I tried to change my diet and everything I did it did not make a difference. He is doing a lot better now but still fussy at night. The doctor says they usually grow out of it around 3 to 4 mos.
