Ruthie- That is SO great that everything is looking good with your baby:D

Shawn- I am glad that baby is growing right on target and the HB is strong.

Jules- Yay! For a strong heartbeat!! I hope the MS gets better soon:)

Cheryl- I am glad you still got to see the HB and know that everything is going well with the new one even if the due date is a bit later.

Jamie- I'm so sorry for your scare- at least you know what caused it! Congrats on the boy!! They are fun:)

Jenny- I love your attitude towards the pregnancy. I'm actually excited to be out of the country so that I can skip a few of the 2 week checks as I hated the appts at the end of the pregnancy the most LOL.

AFM- Everything is going well. Still have the sensitive skin but it could be so much worse. I started a pregnancy pilates class which is really nice, and while my stomach is growing it isn't getting in the way yet which I appreciate. I also have pretty much decided that we will go for a third and that I will try to sway for a girl. I found some interesting research about diet that make a lot of sense to me so I am excited to feel like I can push the odds a bit for a girl. I'd also be totally fine with a third boy as well but at least now I feel as though it is possible for us to have a girl. Of course the timing would stay the same of trying for about 2 1/2 years between this one and the next so really no reason to think about it now. I just feel much more at peace with everything when I picture us having three kids. I also am just SO excited for Teddy to have a brother. We got him a doll which he calls "baby" and he has been dragging it around with him a lot- playing on the trampoline with it, feeding it, etc. Time is just flying by for us though- I can't believe it is already almost May!!

Ruthie--

You should be fine to just rinse by hand and wring out, then wash on hot in the machine. Just be aware of the fact that wet diapers are heavy. LOL I hate soaking mine and then carrying them; I make DH do it.

I had my appt on Friday, and the midwife was surprised to find the heartbeat immediately. As in, she said "Whoa! There's baby!" Everything looked good. I got a pelvic exam, and she did tell me that my ovaries are "in your shoulders," so that explains why I feel O cramps in my hips. Apparently they're just further away than normal.

Oh, and Peter told me there's a baby in his belly button, and it eats daddy. Makes me wonder if he's woken up at night...

Ruthie - it's really normal to start to feel overwhelmed at the end. I think I cried non-stop for the last week. Something about having ZERO control does that to me, though!
I agree with Liz - just go with the cold soak!
I'd do more shout-outs, but my brain is already fried and I think I'm going to have to lie down soon or loose my breakfast.

Jules - Happily married and Momma to DS, DD and expecting our Caboose Baby 11/24/2012

Em-I hope that DH's cough doesn't turn into anything major. It seems like everyone is sick now.

Ruthie- That was so sweet of your co-workers to throw you a baby shower. I think feeling totally overwhelmed nearing the end of your pregnancy is totally normal. I know that I went through it.

Liz- That is great that the mw found the baby's heartbeat right away, still haven't heard it here, but have seen it a few times.

AFM- Nothing too exciting here, just waiting for next Monday when I finally get to have my NT scan. I can't wait to see how much that the baby has grown in the last few weeks. Still having morning sickness, still taking Zofran.
