Katie, congratulations on the pregnancy!!!! I had no idea!! Unfortunately, there wasn't much that helped me with my m/s... just time. But make sure you eat lightly every 2 hours. It takes the edge off a bit.

They have the pops online and also typically in maternity stores and at BRU. I've never seen them anywhere normal like target or the grocery store though. There are also "drops" if you don't want the suckers, but they don't come in as many flavors. Some people also swear by b-natals (vitamin b lozenges). None of those things ever helped with my nausea, but they're all worth a try I would think.

Another thing that I think did help me a little with James was b6 + unisom. You can google it to find out the amounts, I think it was like 1/2 or 1/4 of a unisom, the tablet kind not the gel capsules. If it's a fairly long flight and you don't mind being a little sleepy that might work for you.

None of the preggy pops or ginger things worked for me either.

I don't think I'll do the B6+Unisom.. don't like pills anymore due to James' situation. It looks like the bands and pops or hard candies might be best.. Thank you all!
