Has anyone looked into taking hypnobirthing classes?

I have to say that after reading this article from the Wall Street Journal: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703493504576007512674579874.html?mod=WSJ_hpp_sections_health, I wish this was more readily available when I had my boys!

I did the Hypnobabies self study program and LOVED it!!! I was really able to deal with the contractions with no meds and it was a big help. It was also great during the pregnancy as listening to the self study tracks helped me sleep. Next time I will focus more on the tracks that deal with pushing though as I sort of didn't put as much time into that and now I know that for me, the pushing phase is a billion times harder to deal with. I'm hoping the next baby is a bit smaller though as I bet that would help quite a bit as well:)

I hope so! I know it will definitely help to know what is coming and I'm hoping I will be more able to work with my body when the pushing phase comes.
