I suppose I should post here...BFP!

Hi Ladies! I am cautiously coming on down to the pregnant thread! I got my first BFP on 11DPO last Wednesday and it was so very faint that I didn't believe it. About 10 tests later (um...no exaggeration) I'm still getting positives and they are getting darker by the day, so I guess I'm officially pregnant!

Oh, I suppose I should introduce myself...I am Lisa (31), DH (44). I have a DS Cooper who will be 2 in September and 3 step-kids. So this is sort of #2 for us but sort of #5 (YIKES!). We've been TTC since April and I'm shocked that it happened this quickly! It took us 8 months to conceive my son so I was sort of expecting to be in this for the long haul.

My symptoms are pretty mild so far, hence the caution. I have some sore BBS (but not nearly as sore as last time), fatigue, and some cramps and that's about it. I have had a couple of nauseous moments in the mornings but nothing crazy. I didn't have nausea last pregnancy either so at least there's some comfort in that. I'd love to have *some* nausea (sounds crazy) so that I actually feel pregnant!

EDD is April 9th, 2011 (my mom's 60th birthday!)

I look forward to getting to know you ladies!

Congrats, Lisa!!! How very exciting!!

I wouldn't worry too much about the symptoms - they tend to be very different pregnancy to pregnancy. Have you made an appointment with your doctor or midwife yet?

Anyway, congrats again and H&H 9 months to you!!

Thanks Leona, I'm soooo excited to be here! Looks like you're getting closer to D-day, how exciting! Do you know what you're having? I can't decide if I want to find out with this one or not...leaning towards Team Green but I'm not sure DH will go for that.

Yeah, my mom will be pretty excited about her birthday present. :) I actually had my DS on my 30th birthday so I apparently like to stick to familiar dates.

Congrats Lisa - and I agree with others, I wouldn't worry about the symptoms too much. All I had was sore breasts and a little bit of nausea for like 2 weeks and only at night. I had some aversion to smells, but all gone by the 3rd month.

I won't be in this thread much longer but welcome!!

Congrats Lisa! I won't worry too much about symptoms, those sound about the same as what I have now and I am a bit further along. I have always had very mild pregnancy symptoms.
