Itching

My face is so itchy. I am starting to wonder if I am allergic to my pillow.

At night the itching gets worse (but I itch all day long), but my eyes also burn and I sneeze up a storm and my nose is so runny.

It's the bottom part of my face (not my forehead), my neck and parts of my shoulders. The back of my neck and back of my head don't itch, although I do sleep on my back sometimes still. So that has me wondering if the itching and sneezing are related. Benadryl helps the sneezing, but not the itching. And like I said it itches all day.

Thoughts??? I am on the fence about calling the DR, it is uncomfortable, but seems petty, and I am not sure which DR to call.

I would also put a call in to your OB. My best friend had severe itching on her palms and feet when she was pregnant and it's a sign of something wrong with her liver enzymes. I don't know if itching in other places can be contributed to that as well, but better safe than sorry!

I agree--call the doctor! That is what they are there for! KUP on how you are doing!

That does sound like allergies of some sort. I hope you can figure out what is causing it and get it fixed. I hate itching! Good luck!

I don't think it sounds petty - you're obviously uncomfortable. I would call your family dr.
