James Arthur

We are finally home..James Arthur was born at 2:39PM on Wed. 8/8/12 at 7lbs 8 oz and 19.5 in.

I was suppose to be induced on Monday night, but go bumped until Wed 8/8/12. My induction was suppose to begin with cervadil Monday night, but by the time I got in I was 4-5cm, so they just broke my water at 11:30, got my epidural and hung out until 2:00 when I could feel pressure building. I did two practice pushes and was told to stop before he was born without the doctor to catch him. He was out in 3 contractions.

All is well so far. William is enamored with James for now other than when James cries and William leaves the room with his hands over his ears.
