Period after baby

. I had my Luke on April 2, 2010. I BF and FF him until he was about 8 weeks old, and since then he has just been FF. I bled for 5 days on May 21-25 which I assumed was my period. I haven't had anything since. Is this normal? I have had at least 3 days of spotting in the last 2.5 weeks. Also DH and I having not been using protection so I know it is possible that I could get pregnant. TIA! I attached my FF chart for you to see. I haven't began temping yet though.

Um....take an HPT...? It's certainly very possible you're pregnant. That looks like a regular period. And it is common for things to be weird at first. My first cycle was long. But, if that was AF, that means you're ovulating. And if you're ovulating and having unprotected sex...I'd take and HPT.

Hope it comes out the way you want.

Cheers,

~Lorien

Yeah I am going to, but I was curious what other's experiences were. It doesn't matter to me or DH either way. I'll probably test tomorrow to see, but I have no clue when I ovulated if I already did.

I don't think it could be anymore clear than this....

The second line showed up within seconds.. it is so much darker than my HPT with Luke. I guess I got my answer. I am a bit shocked, but very happy :)

Congrats! Looking at your chart, the CD24 spotting could be ovulatory spotting, and you BDed that day too.

In general, I think that most women who had regular cycles pre-baby may have a long cycle when they start O'ing again, but by "long" I mean 35 days. 40+ wouldn't be crazy, but it's less usual.

H&H 9 months!
