Anna- Congratulations!!!!!

Andi- Eek! That's so exciting! I'm sure the girls would do fine if they were to come now, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that they decide to wait another week!

Katie- when is your ultrasound again? I forgot now. I hope he's head down!

Name/SO Name: Morgan, DF AJ

How many weeks are you? 37 weeks today! EEEEK!

Any exciting dates/appointments this month? birthing class tomorrow, then one next week. No midwife appointment this week because we couldn't fit it in our schedule, but have one Tuesday! And then weekly until delivery.

For those of use that are getting close:

Have you had any "progress" in regards to effacement/dilation? At our appointment last Thursday I was 1 cm and 50%. Trying to keep it in my mind that I could be that way for weeks.

Do you feel like you will go early or late? I'm hoping for a day late... so I'm sure he'll come early. LOL IDK what I think... I change my mind about it often.

How are you feeling physically? worn out! *Whine alert* my feet got swollen after sitting in class for 5 hours, my back and feet hurt, and heartburn won't stay away. lol Really I'm not nearly as miserable as I sound, just a little uncomfortable. If I don't whine here I seem to whine more IRL though, KWIM? hehe.

How are you feeling emotionally about labor and delivery? I'm excited. I can't wait to meet him. I'm not scared at all, IDK if I should be or what. Maybe I'll get scared when it actually happens? lol

Name/SO Name: Alison & Fred

How many weeks are you? 31

Any exciting dates/appointments this month? just going every 2 weeks now

Have you had any "progress" in regards to effacement/dilation? doubt it, I still have 9 weeks, but they haven't checked.

Do you feel like you will go early or late? since he's measured 2 weeks ahead the entire pregnancy (and we are *SURE* about conception) I think he'll come a little early, but wouldn't be surprised if he's right on time - just like Fred & I both were!

How are you feeling physically? everything's great except for my lower right rib... Jonah likes to use it for leverage and it's really sore by the end of the day

How are you feeling emotionally about labor and delivery? fairly ambiguous, it still feels very far off even though I know it's not that long of a wait now

What's on your to-do list to get ready for baby this month? finish his nursery, my mom and I are working on a few final projects and it will all be done

How are you feeling? a little sad; being pregnant has been the best thing ever and I have enjoyed every minute of it. It's hard to wrap my mind around the fact that I never get to do it again. I try not to focus on it because I realize the need to even more enjoy these last few precious weeks - no matter how uncomfortable!

Are you thinking pink or blue? BLUE!

Update: Had my appt today and ultrasound. He's head down (though he bounces around a bit so his head isn't engaged so isn't helping me to dilate! Grr lol). The ultrasound shows him to be 7lbs 5oz. Everything looked good though! Bp was 125/72 and everything showed good. Not dilated at all still so we'll see what happens lol. I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow. Lost a pound too! Discussed my birth plan (see above if you want to read it lol) and she is cool about it. We discussed that when things become absolutely necessary then we will do them (like the iv line, rupturing the membranes, etc). She understands my concerns with things and so that is good. Next appt is next Thursday.
