E - welcome back.  How exciting that your US is so soon.

Mandy - Sorry about all the BP issues ad the additional work stress.  I hope things settle down for you soon.

Sandy - great news about the clothes.

Cassie - I did lots of HPTs too, I'm glad it's making you feel better

Alyssa - Great numbers, that's excellent

Shawn - I've had issues getting onto the board all week too

Jessica - you're so close now.  I'll keep my fingers crossed that she shows up this weekend for you!

AFM - It's been a hectic week, which was not the plan, lol.  This was supposed to be some relaxing and getting organized time for me.  But DS came down with a really bad cough on Sunday night.  It didn't get any better on Monday so I took him to the Dr yesterday afternoon.  The Dr sent us to the ER where he was diagnosed with Pneumonia.  For the 2nd time this year!  We came home with a prescription and 2 new puffers and he's already doing much better.  I think I can send him to daycare tomorrow depending on how he sleeps tonight.  I feel bad because he obviously got his lungs from my side of the family where asthma and respiratory issues are common :(  It was pretty scary how fast it came on though.  And he never had a fever, so I wasn't even sure if we'd end up with antibiotics or if it was just a bad cold.  So needless to say, my week has not been downtime and relaxing yet.  Maybe next week.  I'm hoping for this little girl to hold off until at least the 15th so I can get everything done.

Hey ladies I am still here! First off these boards drive me crazy. They started emailing them to me and now they quit again, so I don't get out here as often.

Waving hi to everyone. Mandy - sorry about your appointments and BP - I saw that on the FB group. Ugg!!
Alyssa - YEAH For the doubling beta's! Awesome.
Cassie - Yeah for the + HPT again :) I did the same thing with
Shawn - Sorry for the hip pain, I've been there
Jules - How are you doing?
Cheryl - Anymore signs?? I haven't checked FB today.

AFM - I am still here and VERY uncomfortable! my hips aren't hurting quite as much, but it's still bad. I am getting more BH's and more often. on MOnday I was almost to a 3cm and stretchy she said, but still no movement yet. I have been feeling sick on and off (don't know if that's from stress or not - see below) or because she is making her way. I have been in the bathroom a lot more because of an upset stomach, so who knows. I still have that freaking YI!! my MW is sending me some diflucan so I can get rid of it. I have never been this tender before, it's so raw right now. ugg! It's horrible, like this is what I want to deal with right before I give birth.

THey are going to take her on the 16th if she hasn't come on her own. I actually would really like her to come this weekend, but if she waits until the 16th then I get off through the holidays, otherwise I ahve to come back right after christmas....guess we will just have to wait and find out. We got some cool US pics on Monday.

We have to hire an attorney to figure out what to do with our contractor, they are out of money and I doubt we are going to get anymore work that's a new stress this week!

Ok, I’ve been trying to keep up but I’ve had problems this week.  I can log in but then I get an error message and I can’t get into the board.  Hopefully I can catch up now!

Jules – I know it’s been a few days, but I hope your cold is fully gone!  That’s great that DH is starting to help get things ready.

Mandy – sorry about the high blood pressure.  I guess the silver lining is that your urine check is good.  That’s good news!  I hope the medication works for you.

Alyssa – I think at this point we will not have a name until she’s born.  I do feel like we’re leaning one way, but not enough to fully commit.  DH does not want to wait, he’s afraid she’ll be born and be nameless.  I told him we have two great names so hopefully we’ll be able to decide soon after she arrives.  Way different than we were with DS, we pretty much knew it would be Jack when we found out it was a boy!  Awesome increase on your numbers!!  I know you definitely don’t feel out of the woods, but I hope it gave you a little relief!

Erin – good to hear from you, glad things are going well!!  How did it go with your boss when you told work?  So exciting that you’re almost to your ultrasound!!  Awesome that you found a doula!

Sandy – that’s awesome that you have someone interested in buying all those clothes already!  That will help pad the wallet a bit to get some girls stuff!

Cassie – I don’t think it’s crazy at all that you took another test.  I did that too if it makes you feel better!  Whatever you need to do to give yourself a little peace of mind!

Christine and  Ella – how are you doing?

Cheryl? Jessica?  Are they  still here or did babies arrive?

Hopefully I didn’t miss anybody!

AFM – Things are going fine.  Sleep is definitely becoming much harder due to sore hips, but I guess that’s to be expected!  I’m definitely feeling like I’m at the end, but overall I feel pretty good.  Last week doc said her head was “definitely pushing down” (no kidding, I can feel it!) but wasn’t dilated at all; which really is fine since I’m having a repeat c/s.  Only two dr appointments left and 13 days to go.  YIKES.

Yeah E its hard to not to get super dissapointed if it doesnt go your way. :/ But I know I would love a boy but I am also thinking a girl would be fun. Sisters are best of friends right?! lol. I think I am doing better with the higher meds but it is making me super tired. :/ Side effect is drowsyness which I really am all the time now. :-( But whatever if its working I will deal. Tomorrow is my primary doctor appt. We will see what he has to say. I dunno...I dont really *like* him too much and was planning to change but I hadnt yet so I am stuck. BLAH. I am doing a craft fair in a few weeks nad I have SOOOO much to do! I need to get working on it NOW before I run out of time. I dont even have all the bows made. I havent shopped for the fudge ingridients. And I need to make tags. Soooo much to do!! :-)

E – Glad you were able to get back on the boards and that everything is going well with the pregnancy. Good luck on the 16th! Good news on the doula as well.

Sandy – nice that you’ll be able to get rid of those boys clothes quickly!

Cassie – Don’t feel like a dork for POAS – I’ve taken about 20 tests in the last 10 days! LOL!

Mandy – sorry for all the complications with your BP and such, and what’s going on at work. Hopefully things will calm down soon so you can relax a bit!

Mari – thank you!

AFM – had my beta levels tested again yesterday, and they’re at 2414. So, in a week they went from 185 to that, which means they’re doubling about every 48 hours. So, I can breathe a bit easier now, but we’re still not out of the woods yet! U/S on the 29thwill hopefully confirm things are going well.

Sandy - good luck getting rid of the boys clothes you don't need. Have fun shopping for cute girl stuff! I can't wait to find out what I'm having so I can buy something! That's our plan after the ultrasound next Friday - straight to Target to buy our first outfit :)

Cassie - yay for a fast, strong line! Hang in there :)

Mandy - oh no! I'm sorry to hear about the numbers dropping at work, I hope things pick back up soon!
I'm sorry your doctors visit was stressful too :( Hope everything turns out okay - good job with the diet! I have been a little attached to the idea of a girl and I'm trying to move away from it. I am scared of being disappointed like you were.

AFM - had some time to post this AM because we got up super early to go VOTE! :) The wait wasn't too long.

Last night we interviewed a doula. I like her and we will hire her in the next few days. I am shooting for a natural childbirth so I really want the support of a doula.

Hope everyone has a nice day!
