In other news I have my belly band on today. Between the bloat and the heartburn there was no way that I was gonna force that button to close.... I coulda but it just instantly made things worse. Which stinks to wear it because I haven't outed myself at work so I am super self conscious right now :/

Expecting our little girl after three m/c - EDD 11/29/12
Mandy - Sorry about the heartburn. I have it horribly. especially when I eat sweets or chocolate, which seems like all I want
I was in my belly band right away with my first pregnancy. but not this time around, so you never know. and I think I remember with my first one, needing it right away and then not after a few weeks.
AFM - I had my ultrasound today - see attached. The tech did a 3D image for me and I cried when I saw her. She looks a bit like Gabby. She is so adorable! The biophysical went well. My fluid is right in the middle of the 7-22 scale and is at 13.4. + with 2 big pockets of fluid. her movements were good and her hearbeat was great. My MW said I was doing great, my BP was great as well. Should be another quick 20 minute ultrasound next week

So I called my OB today. Lots of run around this morning with a mean old lady who told me I needed to come in without an appointment and POAS for them before she would schedule me. So I waited till one and called again and got a super nice young girl. She scheduled me my appointment for october 22nd. Then let me send a note to the doctor and if they need anything or want to see me sooner they will call.
So relieved but that is such a long wait lol!!

Mandy - Wow I'm sorry you're feeling so many symptoms already! No fun. But at least it's a good sign that things are going strong in there
iv_aingeal - I am so sorry, I don't remember your name!! Just wanted to say I'm so sorry about your awful work situation right now. That is just so so so hard.
AFM - Just waiting out what feels like a freaking eternity until my u/s on Monday afternoon. In the meantime, I have definitely been having more symptoms. Sore nipples are still REALLY sore and I've been having to say no to Eliza when she asks to nurse, which has been hard on both of us. Also, my version of nausea has set in, which is that my stomach turns into an empty pit which no amount of food in the world can fill. It's the oddest feeling to feel hungry - to the point of feeling weak and shaky - when you've just eaten a meal (or more!). Ah well. I'll take it over nausea, and it is giving me great hope that there is in fact a little bean in there with a strong hb that we WILL see on Monday.

I've been having some menstrual-type cramping for several days now, and it was very strong last night, on and off. I'm pretty sure I'm having "bloody show" right now though, so I'm hoping like hell that means this baby is coming soon! If my belly drops any further, I'm going to have to get a cart to push it around on. Just feeling very tired and done.

Ella - Sorry for the symptoms, but I am excited about your U/S on monday. I have another one on Monday too
waving hi to everyone else, sorry I am lame this week. Like I think I mentioned earlier, DH has been gone since last saturday and Gabby and I both came down with colds. She has been a cranky mess most of the week and really misses her daddy.
THe pregnancy is going well. I don't have to meet with my nutritionist anymore - she said if the numbers start to get bad or if my MW or OB has an issue then I can call her. not that I have too many weeks left. I can't believe I am 33 weeks today, seriously how did this happen.
The remodel hasn't moved much this week, but apparently we are getting our garage door next week andthey will be cleaning the garage out. so I might be able to finally park in it again!!! Which is awesome because it's starting to get down into the 30's and low 40's so we are starting to get ice on the windows. Ihaven't parked in my garage since April 2011 and I really want to get back into it!
