Pregnancy Grumbles!

Since misery loves company I thought it would be great if we all could post here when we are having bad days due to morning sickness, crazing hormones, awful indigestion, back aches, etc.

I'll start:D

I threw up today due solely (I think) to all the acid that rises in my stomach no matter what I eat. I had just had plain pasta with a teensy bit of tomato sauce and five minutes later I was at the toilet:(.

The heartburn can be so painful and I think it had been rising since last night so throwing up did make me feel better but just for good measure I ate a small bag of doritos afterward. It might not be good for my stomach but it did improve my mood LOL.

Ashley - so sorry! Had you eaten anything just then, or smelled anything that could have set you off (which could be anything)? Hopefully it was just a fluke.

I have been known to gag from smells, texture of a food, or just about any ol rndom thing during PG. I haven't been able to tolerate the smell of

Well it seems that my little episode of sickness was just that. I have been fine since and hopefully it won't happen again.

Julie - So sorry about the spit! That's no fun at all. I have gotten that a few times, though not with this PG. I always wonder if it's related to MS, but you get it even when you're not feeling nauseous. I think htat bc usually when I'm nauseous I get a lot of saliva. *shrug* Hopefully it won't last long!

Noel,

I already see a chiropractor once a month. I was in so much pain yesterday that I called to see if they could squeeze me in, and they could. We decided that I should go every 3 weeks instead of every month and hopefully that will help some. I am still having some pain after my chiro visit but nothing like yesterday. I think that I will check into prenatal yoga and see if that might help at all.

The doctors office just said to see if I could go more often to the chiropractor, and to ice it and take tylenol. That is about all I can do for it. So hopefully it doesn't last much longer. It has been going on a week plus now...
