Up until this point in my PGcy, I've had minimal swelling. My feet started to swell a little last Friday night and I put them up and by the next day, they were back to normal. Every day since then, they have started swelling more and more. Today they were swollen by late morning.

I am wearing bigger shoes,

Keep drinking lot and lot of water. This helps some. With mine though they didn't return to normal until after delivery:(

Christine, my feet started to swell the last two weeks of pregnacy and here wasn't much I could do wit it. It did help to raise my feet, but honestly, until after the baby was born I didn't get them back to normal.
Oh, and yeah, sitting for long periods makes it much much worse, so try to avoid that if possible.

Thanks ladies for all the suggestions!

My feet are still swollen but are MUCH better than the day I posted. It seems wearing trouser socks vs. cotton dress socks helps but I need to buy a bigger size to make even more of a difference. It's hard because I have a wide foot and pre-PG, my shoe size was 10wide and now I'm fitting into an 11wide.
