Ash, glad you have a strong baby and that you are at peace with how things turned out.

I'm sorry the twin didn't develop, but it sounds like you are in a great place right now and at peace with the whole situation.

Ash, I'm really glad that there is a healthy baby growing. And I'm also glad that you've found peace with the situation.

I'm sorry they were right about the vanishing twin, but it sounds like you have come to terms with it and are super excited about baby #2. So glad to hear that #2 is growing perfectly, and I'm sure you'll be able to convince DH to have another one ;)

Ash, I'm so glad to hear that your little one is healthy and growing and you are feeling okay/good about he/she not being a twin . . . (((HUGS)))

I'm glad to hear this Ash. Personally I agree - for obvious reasons I didn't say this earlier but twins are one of my biggest fears/nightmare scenarios. I know lots of people want twins, but I'd be scared sh*tless, so I totally understand. But hooray for one perfect bean!

I couldn't agree more.

Adrienne- You are so sweet but I have to say I will totally take on another colicky baby if he ends up as easy as Teddy! I mean we only know when he is getting a tooth because he sometimes gets up a bit earlier but otherwise he is his sweet normal self, he also never minds being sick and still sleeps like a champ, almost never cries or whines when he falls or gets hurt instead thinking it is funny, and he sleeps through the night consistently and happily and has since 9 months. Honestly now he is so much easier then some of my friends kids and even though his personality is still very vibrant and active I think we really lucked out :D

That's true---having an awful teething/clingy one-year old might definitely be worse than a colicky newborn...you wanna borrow my kid for a month and then let me know which is worse?
