Well, from someone who still doesn't feel ready, I'd say just go for it.
Just like the others said, just go for it. In fact, the less you think about actually TTC, the better it will be for your mental health!!
I agree with Mari - the less you can think about it, the better. I'm awful at this, and tend to get stressed out about the whole thing.
The first time we had sex with the intent to conceive it was very strange! But, you get used to it pretty quickly :)
It sounds like you have everything planned already, and you probably don't need to be doing anything on top of all of that at this point.
The one thing I *try* to keep in mind is that a baby will come on their own time. Even if you have perfect timing, and both you and DH are completely healthy, and you do everything right, you still might not get PG in a given cycle.

Congratulations on deciding to TTC! It sounds like you're off to a great start and it's totally normal to have some jitters. I would say my only regret was not make a more conscious effort to lose weight before TTC but I was already doing everything else - taking pre-natals, found a MW, etc.
We actually got PG when we had just started NPP (not preventing pregnancy), which was just a month before we were going to actively start TTC, so I was a little thrown by how quickly it all happened! I'm 25 weeks PG now and it still hasn't hit me that I'm going to have a baby in just 3 months!
This board is great - it helped keep my sanity when I was WTT and then TTC and now PG. If you can keep yourself occupied with something else while you're TTC (projects around the house, a class, etc. - for me it was grad school) that will make the time go by faster. Just relax, and it will happen. :-)

It sounds like you are super prepared to TTC the only thing I would caution against is cutting a lot of stuff out of your life. For example if you like a cup of coffee in the morning I really wouldn't cut it out - except maybe at the two week wait , same goes for alcohol, and other things you enjoy. Because even though we all hope to get pregnant quickly it just isn't very nice to live a life of abstinence for months just because you might get pregnant.
Although I also believe in moderation during pregnancy as well so that has sort of been my take on everything. :)

My feeling is that before you start TTCing is stressful and you feel like you should be "doing something".

I have to agree here--unlike all these amazing success stories, I am on cycle 22 (and probably headed toward 23), and I stopped caffeine and alcohol for my first cycle, (and started planning my life around the idea that I would have a baby soon) but quickly realized that it was making me depressed and crazy.
