Lube Question

Hey Ladies, I was reading the other day that KY and other Lubes are not good to use while TTC. But I need a little help in that department. Have others had this problem and what did you do? or what are you using?
Thanks in advance.

As PP said, PreSeed is considered to be the only way to go when you're TTC. It is more expensive, though, so if you're not too stressed about timing and you don't have specific known fertility concerns, you could try going without for a few cycles and then adding it in if you don't get your BFP right away.
Personally, I got pg with Ry on the cycle we did everything wrong: no PreSeed (TMI: regular Astroglide and saliva instead), no charting, nada, but that was more of a fluke than a cause-and-effect relationship. If you want to up your chances, it couldn't hurt to pick some up.

Hmm...your CF should be in abundance when you are ovulating so you shouldn't need lube? If that is not the case, you might want to look into adding more whole grains & zinc to your diet. Or try taking Evening Primrose oil to increase CF (I used it to help me identify O time and it worked well for me - plus you can use the leftovers to prepare for labour, LOL ;-)
Good luck,
Dee
