Dh and I are somewhat in TTC mode. We are doing nothing to prevent getting pg.

I feel like such the odd man out. I don't do temping, charting, checking CM etc. Everyone around here seems to obsessed with it and I just can't be bothered. I figure we have one amazing little boy and if we are meant to have another then it will happen when it is suppose to. Starting this month, since I really was trying to avoid a potential bridesmaid having baby at wedding moment for the beginning of July, we will be attempting to BD every other day once AF leaves. Although, I'm still not totally out for getting a BFP, I just don't have high hopes. AF is due today and is a no-show, but wouldn't be surprised if AF shows tomorrow. I won't be POAS until at least Thursday when I am truly late.

I only chart because I enjoy it- my cycles are long and very irregular and I like being able to see when I have O'd. I wouldn't do it if I didn't enjoy it though :) I hope you get a BFP this month!

Yeah honestly the problem for us is that DH and I could/would NEVER keep up an every other day or even twice a week schedule. I'm not temping this time around so far but I have to pay attention to my chart so I know when to DTD. We are more like once a week people and it's too easy to miss O that way . . . .and I'm really excited to have another one, haha..

I agree that it will happen when it is supposed to, but to not help it along would be torturous for me! I'm actually jealous of people like you who can take a more relaxed approach....I would love to not always be chasing the tail of my fertility and be "surprised" sometime....:/

Anyway, I hope AF stays away, and if not this month, sometime soon!

AND I have ADHD, so I forget things when they aren't written down, so I literally would never have any idea what was going on if I didn't chart . . .!

Glad to know I'm not crazy for my approach. We are so not EOD people, it would be like maybe once a week, but if there is a really good reason to DTD more often I will go for it as DH is up for anything.

Still no AF, but it is still early in the day and I have been cramping on and off for the last few days. We will see.

Haha! We are definitely not EOD people!! Well, let me rephrase, I am not an EOD person, DH would probably do it twice a day if he could :) I also don't chart, I do use opks, but with my endo and now having to go in early for a progesterone check when (if) I get a BFP I need to have some idea when I O. Besides the opks I try to be a little relaxed about it, though.

Good luck! Hope you get your BFP quickly!

Well after being three days late I finally gave in...after BD as many times as I can count on one hand in all of Nov. I got a very quick, dark blue plus sign. I haven't told DH yet as my dad is up for the weekend to watch William while I coach at a gymnastics meet and DH finishes his grad class for the semester. I will tell him Monday, if I can hold out that long, when it's just us at home. I think it will be a great christmas gift for the rest of the family- I will be 7-8 weeks.
