Missy--How are you feeling with the Femara? Any fun/not-so-fun side effects? Good luck!
Suzie--Thanks for sharing that success story with me! I have heard a couple other similar stories so I'm very encouraged that this was my stumbling block to getting pg. My RE said he wouldn't take my money for IVF/IUI until this fibroid was gone, since he's pretty sure it would prevent successful implantation.
Adrienne--Sorry your cycle is being so frustrating! I'm pretty sure that's normal after a m/c though. Hang in there--AF will show soon and you can get back to TTC. Did you talk to the doc about your metformin refill?
Ruth--glad to hear your appt went well! Hopefully you will get some answers about your crazy cycles. Don't give up on the idea of getting pg before seeing the RE though--it happened to a friend of mine. They had been trying for years and she finally made an RE appt (with the same doc I see now)--the week before the appt she found out she was pg!
Kass--Hope you haven't gotten blown away! It looks like your temps are heading up--great BD timing, too! Hope you have easy house fixes and a sticky BFP soon!
AFM, today is my surgery. I got up super early to eat (they said I could eat until 5:30 and then drink clear liquids until 10:30). I'm actually finding myself a bit nervous about it. Not the surgery itself, really (though I'm sure I will be once I get to the hospital) but I'm more nervous about the recovery. I vaguely remember the gas pains after my last laparascopic surgery (15 years ago) and it wasn't fun. Plus, we are heading out tomorrow to visit family in IL--15 hours in the car over two days, all while potentially not feeling well. What was I thinking?!?
Who knew I could be so productive early in the morning? I've already eaten (and drank 1 liter of water) gone to the grocery store and gas station, done laundry, and started packing for our trip. Guess all the nervous energy has to go somewhere, right?
Thanks...I'm still skeptical on the temps tho since it was so hot in our bedroom this morning.
"Did you talk to the doc about your metformin refill?"
Not yet, AF actually showed today (wooohoooo) and she was only about a week late so I'm actually really glad it wasn't more of a big deal. So now that AF is here, I feel like I should call because I want to start taking it again . . . sigh . . . sometimes I wish my doc wasn't so cautious.

Cort--I hope everything went/is going well. That does sort of stink about being stuck in the car. My lap recovery was not bad at all, but I still don't know if I would want to be stuck in a car and I feel like you might have more pain because of the fibroid removal. For my lap they took out some endo but it was mostly just exploratory. I hope to read an update soon!
