I don't know, I feel like BBT are less affected by the temp of the room than you might think. At least, I have certainly noticed that MY temps are not very effected by the room temp. 7 degrees isn't really all that much, either. We don't have AC and I'm sure there are 7 degrees of difference from one hot night to another cool night (not that I'm been temping) but I just feel like the BBT is not that easy to change.
I'm guessing you'll have a big jump tomorrow. ;-)

Wow that's so funny that you were a week late, too! I wonder if that is common. Maybe I'll do a survey--LOL.
