Amy, I like your going home ticker!  I think I missed the story.  Did you DH get a job or are you just going on faith because you need a change?  Either way (or whatever else might be the case), I say CONGRATULATIONS!!!  You are obviously very happy for this turn of events, and it sounds like a good situation for your whole family.  Yay!

As for the internet, that whole process caused us such grief all three times we had to do it when we moved to FL.  Long time for the first rental.  Long time for the second rental.  Long time in our "real" house.  Ugh.

Amy, y'all aren't moving this week are you? I was thinking much later?

AFM: I would totally be testing tonight if I hadn't given all my tests to DH, lol. FF has me at 11 DPO but I'm thinking more like 9 or 10. I got a positive with Lucy at 10 pm on 9 DPO.

Not really any IPS? But I'm thinking that might be ok since the last two months I've has several that we're just imagined for sure. I have been a literal irritable this week and pretty worn out. But that's normal about 6 weeks into the school year with 7th graders :smileyhappy: or it might just be PMS.

Hugs Alyssa! Remember though it ain't over till she shows!

Melissa - Sending you lots of baby dust!

Heather - Sorry about the bfn. Hope you see those two lines in a few days!

Waving hi to everyone else!

Afm - Well I'm 11 or 13dpo today, depending on which O date you go with and my temp is still up but I haven't tested yet (probably killing all you poas addicts, lol!)

I'm flying out of town tomorrow and DH has been in a mood the last 48 hours so I just don't feel like its the right time to tell him if I am pg. Will prob test tomorrow though if my temp is still up. I got my BFP with Selin on a Friday. :-)

Well I had a change of heart and tested after DH and Selin left the house this morning. BFN right away and saw pink when I wiped. Looks like AF is coming. :-(

Heather - sorry about the BFN - hopefully it was just to early to test!

Christine - sorry for the BFN and spotting to you too :smileysad:

Melissa - hope you get another chance to BD!

AFM - temp. plummeted today, so I expect AF anytime. At least this is the least stressful part of the cycle - where you know you're not PG and O is still a couple weeks away!

Just noticed that Amy's and Jan's charts on the front page are the same if you click on them! I kept wondering why Amy's CD was different than what her chart says :smileyhappy:

Amy - I was the same way. I had no problem getting pregnant with DS. It was our fifth cycle trying, never had any spotting after I got pregnant so I hoped it would be the same way when decide to TTC #2. I have endo so I was never totally confident in my ability to get pregnant (even after having DS), but thought since we had one it was likely we could have another. My first m/c (which would be considered a chemical) was at 4w4d. I chalked it up to bad luck. The following month I got multiple faint postiives, but they never got very dark then AF showed, so chemical #2. I called my OB after that and we decided that when I got pregnant again I would get my levels checked. When I did get pg again I had them checked every 3 days and everything looked good, including my progesterone. However, around 6 weeks I started spotting so I had my levels tested again and my progesterone had dropped so I started supplements. Unfortunately it didn't matter at that point because I ended up having a d&c just shy of 9 weeks. It's hard to say whether being on the supplements earlier would have helped that pregnancy or not. Nobody knows that but the big man upstairs!

My first cycle after that I spotted for three days before AF arrived. Could be that my body was adjusting from the m/c, but it's also a sign of low progesterone. So I spoke with my dr and decided that we would not take the wait and see approach anymore. I didn't want to wait until I found out I was pregnant to see if my levels were high enough, I wanted to be proactive and see if we could help it before then, so we decided to start them on 4 dpo and continue through my lp. When I got pregnant this time I was obviously still nervous, but there was some peace of mind with being on the supplements. When I had my levels tested this time they were in the high 20's, sometimes early 30's, so I really do think they make a difference.

My goodness, that ended up being really long! Sorry! I guess my whole moral of the story is that if you have the slightest suspicion that it could be progesterone, it's something that is a pretty easy fix. FX for you!!

Erica - The in laws pushed Rob too far now and he's finally seeing their attitude towards me is never going to change and he's sick of it. He wants to be where both of us get support so he finally said lets move.

Heather - I am moving to the townhouse this week. Not Oregon.

AFM - My little sister was just diagnosed with PCOS. They said her case is pretty mad. My symptoms first came on at 17 and she is 18 so same time line. It makes me really sad to think she might be facing miscarriages and trouble conceiving. My mom had it and never had issues. I never had issues conceiving (until now) but obviously had the trouble with miscarriages. So I hope it doesn't hit her hard and make it hard for her to conceive. They are putting her on birth control and possibly metformin. My mom told me "I kept thinking they must have misdiagnosed me but I guess 3/3 it must not be wrong."

Worst day ever. Must be some serious PMS this cycle. Seriously--I've been crying off and on for almost 6 hours. Started with a coworker being very rude and almost screaming at me. Continued with another BFN--which makes me think I'm probably on to TTC cycle 7. Which is just hard for me since Lucy was fairly quick (third). And the sob fest continued tonight after I read the sweetest blog post about a mama who knows that her nursing days are almost over..since her daughter is close to self-weaning. Just made me miss my baby so bad. She's so big now--and it's happened so fast.

Anyways--FF has my start date tomorrow. Which will mean a 25 day cycle. I'll be very interested to see if I start tomorrow. I'm thinking more like Sunday. Either way--with two BFNs and my emotions--I think it's coming soon.

Which makes me second guess telling my doctor we'd wait a few months for the fertility work up. Maybe we should get the ball rolling on the tests etc and keep trying in the meantime?
