I am totally freaking myself out with IPS (IE, Imaginary Pregnancy Symptoms)--I have been spotting every day, and noticed it was worse after nursing, so I started using progesterone cream and it has actually stopped the spotting now for over a day.

@ Kate & Shawn - thanks ladies.

@ Ash - so excited for you guys!! and what lovely thermal shifts you have. :P as for me, no, my doc is kinda passive to the whole thing - she has a "wait and see" attitude and i get the feeling she wants to pass me off to the clinic and let the specialists take over. all she has done is doubled my metformin dosage and suggested going to a nutritionist. sigh. i am looking into other Cdn clinics as well as Minneapolis - so if you have any hometown friends who can recommend a clinic, i'd be so grateful!

@ Lora - sorry for your BFN... :(

Lora- I am so sorry about the BFN! Have fun celebrating Lillians birthday :)

Alison: I can't believe your doc- the wait and see attitude is fine for a few months but at some point it is just silly. I totally agree with Adrienne that you should try and do as much as you feel comfortable with yourself. Acupuncture, nutritionist, etc at least then you won't feel like this is completely wasted time! I will ask my friends about a clinic- Ella (also a member here on WTT grads) is also from MN and had a pretty rough journey to have her daughter and she might have a suggestion right off the top of her head. Hang in there, I can only imagine how frustrating and dissapointing the process must be for you :(

Adrienne- So did you test??

Shawn- Good luck this cycle!! I'm also excited to see how Teddy does with Santa this year- it will be his first time. I just ordered lots of books so we can talk about Santa ahead of time :)

AFM: All signs of fertile CM are gone- my body's idea of a fun joke- like I really could O this early. We only have a few more days until DH is out of town. SIGH.
