I've had a ruptured cyst before, but not while TTC. I'm not sure how it might affect it. Sorry about your BFN. Hopefully your ultrasound will shed some light on everything.
OK..Here are my IPS -- If I'm not pg, then it's amazing how we can trick ourselves into feeling these things!)

Ug! I caved and tested this am, but not fmu, and got a BFN. I have no ided why I tested at 8 dpo! I didn't get my **very faint** (like had to put it in photoshop and up the contrast to see the line) line until 9DPO with Lucy.
Do't get too discouraged, 8 dpo is early.

So....Is this a IPS/RPS? I weaned Lucy about 6 weeks ago. For the past few days, my breasts have been leaking??? I mean 6 weeks of not nursing and I still have milk? Although, it's pretty thick, almost collostrum (sp?) like?
I would test tomorrow or the day after... 9 days is still pretty early.
