Hi ladies,

I just got invited to a cookie exchange for my LLL group and I've actually never been to one before! I'm supposed to bring at least 2 dozen and I have no idea what to make. When I bake cookies at home, it's usually chic chip, PB, or oatmeal raisin, ie the usual suspects.

Anyone have a tasty and easy holiday cookie recipe?? :-)

My favorite (and easy) cookies are chocolate nut clusters

1 package of the almond bark (I use the chocolate stuff)

1 package of chocolate chips

1 jar of peanuts (lightly salted, not roasted)

Melt the chocolate in a double broiler with the almond bark, stir in the peanuts and just take a spoon and dump them in spoonfuls onto wax paper, once they cool put them in a tupperware or whatever (with wax paper in between so they don't stick to each other) and you are done. Easy and yummy. My mom makes them smaller, but the problem I have with those is that I eat more of them.

One of my favorites are the ones on the back of the Minature Reeses PB Cups, you make a peanut butter cookie dough and put a rounded tablespoon in mini muffin tins.
