I was just reading an article on USA Today that says that over half of fliers would want to limit where kids could sit on a plane: http://www.usatoday.com/travel/flights/2010-08-25-familyflying26_ST_N.htm.

Flying seems to bring out strong opinions in people, I think because it is something that you don't have much control over, and little things can seem much more irritating when you are

When I first read the title of the thread I thought it meant a space in the plane for kids only, so they could play/watch a movie and be less bored.
Now reading it, it seems amazing to me how intolerant some people are. I know how annoying can be to have a screaming child near you, but it's also annoying to have someone who snores, or smells bad, or takes up a lot of space or wants to talk when you don't!! We simply can't take away all of life's little discomforts.. it wouldn't be real life!!
