I finally have my old computer back, and I'm thrilled, because DH's laptop conection sucked!

BUT, I have the new firefox installed and iVillage looks weird. When I open a thread, it shows the first (original) post, then another and then a list under it with all the answers, but I need to click each one manually to keep reading.

I want it to be like I used to have it with 50 posts per page, but I've been poking around the preferences and can't fix it!

Hi Mari!

If you click on the 'see all' at the top of a folder, then click on 'board options' you'll see an option for linear format like this:

You want linear, not topic. The one that it is will be greyed out, so you'll only be able to choose the opposite (hope that makes sense!). Please let me know if this helps or not. :)

Thanks!

Mari look towards the bottom of the screen and see if it says it is in mobile mode. I had this issue when I logged in on my Dad's computer when I was on vacation, it thought I was on a mobile for some reason.

Thank you for the sig Mary

I really don't know the exact version for sure... It could be 7, but not sure (my dad did all the installing)

Anyways, I could get this screenprint of one of the threads. You can see the lower half of the last message and the rest of the messages in the form of a list.

Mari, I'm sorry you are having issues. I don't think it would involve your preferences since those wouldn't change with your computer or browser. What version of Firefox is it and would you be able to get me a screenprint of what you are seeing?
