New Year's Resolutions

I know some people completely reject the idea of New year's resolutions, but I think it is a fun way to refocus every year and to force yourself to do things that you intended on doing anyways.

Last year my goal was to start eating healthy in case of PG, and to start reading more about PG. I am happy to say that I did both (thought not reading much about it now), AND I kept up the healthy eating all year. :-)

This year, as my goal, I want to continue eating healthy, drink more water, start running again, and be more supportive of my DH's efforts to keep sweets out of the house.

How about you guys, in any stage, what are your goals for this year, or things you plan to improve in?

Great job, Lisa! I had to laugh about the sweets part - DH always tells me not to buy sweets but then every night after dinner he asks what we have for dessert. My motto is "out of sight, out of mind" and I do find we're turning to healthier alternatives when there isn't a baked goodie sitting on the counter.

I feel like I've made the same resolution the last few years but it still needs working on. I really need to learn to let go and not let things/people bother me. I hate that I dwell on something for hours and hours and worry about what other people think.

Good job on keeping your resolutions from last year :) Last year I started a "gratitude journal" but I didn't stick with it. This year I want to continue my journal and start walking every other day and limit my sweets (especially since my glucose test is in 3 weeks!).

I dont normally make resolutions except to just make the new year better than the last and be grateful for whatever happens.
