No longer teachertobe...

Just call me TEACHER!! I got the offer today!!

As of Monday, I'll be teaching technology for PreK through 8th at a Catholic school. The previous teacher up and quit last week and we can't even find the curriculum so I'm not expected to teach until the second week or so.

Went to my school for a few hours this afternoon to start working on my room and met some of my
colleagues. Everyone I've met so far has been extremely friendly and so happy I'm there (I get the feeling they didn't care much for the previous guy). There's three new teachers this year so at least I'm not the only newbie. And there's a nice mix of young and old teachers.

Gosh, I'm still in shock!! Can't believe I'm actually going to have my own classroom (well computer lab, actually!)

Thanks for all your prayers and support ladies. I couldn't have made it this far without you guys. Oh and the best part - we will finally have new insurance which means we can finally set a plan for TTC #2!! Of course DH is bringing it up already, lol! :-D
