Well I love to eat in-general, lol, and love all kinds of cuisines, but I'd have to say Middle Eastern food (esp. Turkish because of my DH) is my favorite. When I was PG, I could not get enough hummus and now it's one of Selin's fav. foods as well. She calls it "hummie". :-P
Well, I'm also on the chocolate train!!! Specially dark chocolate...
But I really have a wide taste when it comes to foods, so picking just one is virtually impossible!
Christine, Can you cook Turkish food? DH has a cook book that he got after he returned from Iraq. I have yet been brave enough to try anything out of it. Anything pretty easy I could attempt?
I sure can! I have a cookbook written in English by a Turkish chef. I got it off amazon. DH likes some of my cooking even better than his mom or sister, lol!
This is the one I have. I have a few favorites that I've mastered over the years. We don't eat Turkish food all the time because it can be labor intensive but I have found some shortcuts along the way. :-)
It's called 'Sultan's Kitchen: A Turkish Cookbook' by Özcan Ozan.
Right now it is burritos.

Me my favorite is ICE CREAM. No real reason aside from the fact that it is awesome.
