Hi ladies!

I just wanted to stop by and to let you all know that I feel your frustrations that the boards still are having issues since the migration.  We are now running into further snags with Sandy hitting NYC, our offices are closed and many employees had to evacuate, including the tech team.  Internet has also been unstable and the staff will probably be working from home with mass transit down.  

If you are having trouble reading replies, one of the CLs found a solution that worked for her at least on a computer.  Some tablets are workings, others aren't; I'm so sorry that it's not fixed yet.  Here is what Jess posted about the fix on iVillage Help:

One of our CLs discovered the reason she couldn't see replies: her own screen settings. She zoomed out to 75% and all the replies appeared again! She reports: "I have always used Internet Explorer but I tried  Firefox, Chrome and IE and could not see anything beyond the initial thread post until I adjusted the zoom. I also just went back and clicked a Compatibility View under tools and it fixed my problem."

So try checking your monitor settings; maybe this will work for you, too! The team is still debugging the replies issue, but in the meantime let me know if this allows you to see replies.

You could also try switching to a new browser such as Chrome to see if that helps.

Hi Sandy! Just wanted to let you know that they pushed through some fixes yesterday, not sure if it's working for everyone but I was able to see replies on my iPhone. Can you let me know if it will work for you now?

It's definitely at the top of the priority list of the tech team. The problem is that while they are working at home, there's not many fixes they can do. Our offices in NYC are out of power, the site is running off of back up generators (so glad we have those!). I know that they were getting close before the storm hit, but I don't have an ETA currently. Hopefully most of them can get back to the offices next week. The team is still pretty scattered though, some have had a lot of damage or lost their homes :(

Any idea when we will be able to view whole posts from our phone? right now I still can only view the first page of the post. This has been a problem since the switch wasn't sure if there was an ETA on it. I only get on every so often on my computer and when I go back to work it will most likely be once a day.

Thanks for that, Melissa! It's a great tip! This is a great board. I love everyone here, and can't wait to have a little more time to post. Off to feed/pump again! :)

This group does have a great "vibe." I love it here. I've been a part of several boards over the years, but this one is the best by far!
