I got a ton of trash out of this house this weekend - go me!  I don't know why I can't do that when I don't have the pressure of houseguests hovering over me?

So hub's sis and her family will be here later in the week for Turkey day so our week is revolving around that.  The kids are looking for to seeing Aunt Susan, Uncle Steve, and their Cousin Adam.

What's going on with you this Thanksgiving week? Cool

LOL -- I hear you. If I treated every day as company's-a-comin' day, we'd have a super clean house! Heck, if I'd just do that every weekend we'd be in better shape! Glad you got a lot accomplished!

Sounds like you're going to have a nice t'giving. We're not having company, and really, I'm glad. It'd be just too much with the cooking, the babe, the lack of sleep (that's the main thing, really, LOL).

This week is the usual. Work, but 5 days crammed into 3, LOL (but not bad so far). Got one of the reports done already thanks to early prep last week, so that's good. One left, still waiting on data. Then the holiday, then we put up the tree. Maybe rest, watch movies, chill. And iron. Goodness, I have almost all the shirts to iron!

Got the word back from the doc on the boob thing - she wants me to get the biopsy since insurance is probably going to deny the MRI and since the MRI would probably STILL mean a biopsy later. So, gotta call and schedule that. I'm a huge chicken, vasovagal and all that, but, will try to be brave. Smile

Hope everyone has a great week and a lovely T'giving!

We call those 'Matt rolls' because they are his personal fave - have to fix double so or he would eat them all, lol.

Enjoy the family and the time off!

One report down already, sounds like a very productive Monday!

A biopsy sounds worse than the reality.  I know you can't wait to have it over and done with.

Don't work too hard the next couple of days!!!

LOL - it was very easy (as it usually is when we're prepared so long as data is correct the first time). We're doing a new format with BC reports, so the PD and I spent I think maybe 4-6 hours on two report shells last week. In the past I always created the shells myself and way ahead of time, but with the new formats and kinks and different kind of reports, it's just one of those things we're still ironing out.

Really distressing news late in the day. We're doing another quick-turn for BC. We're programming and sending into field today, and then we're doing a report on Friday. That's not even as much time as that one we were turning around in what, 18 hours? No shell for it. I haven't even looked at the study because it wasn't due to go off until January. I don't even know if we'll get enough responses with it being the holiday on Thursday. Sandy messed up a TON of reports because we couldn't get enough responses, and holidays tend to be the same (just a lesser scale).

I know it'll be ok and somehow we'll manage -- we always do, and always manage to suprise our clients on these quick-turns, but it's just a bit frustrating. But, in the end, what's best for the company is obviously what matters. Gotta keep everyone happy. /I can rest when I'm dead, right? LOL!

I'm fortunate that we get a lot of praise when these kinds of things happen. I know a lot of people out there in the work world bust their butts on a regular baisis and get nothing back. We're big on recognition, so that's nice. Smile

Oh -- and I bought 4 packages of the brown & serves. I made something the other day... was it when I grilled steaks? Anyhoo, we had 2 packages. At the end of the day, we had 2 rolls left. 2!!! The boys/Daddy just scarf them up! But I've got them this time. We won't run out. Until Friday. Wink
