hi, i'm new here =)

hi--- i'm trying to spend more time here, so i thot i would intro myself. my name is Sim (39) married to DH (45) with 16mo old DD#1 and expecting DD#2 in mid-september. we are from from the il/wi stateline area (rockford). i am an independent contractor with a physicians temp and perm recruiting firm in Atlanta and today the CEO asked me if i wanted to be a VP (uh---yeah?). i have a caregiver/nanny in for DD about 5 hours a day--she's never been a reliable napper and--from the comments we received at my nephew's 4th birthday party--is an unusually active child. i'm looking forward to getting to know you all, learning from you about how to balance working at home with being home and working. this is the hardest job i've ever had, but i am SO blessed with the opportunity to be here for my daughters.
