Soon to be WAHM

Hi all -

I'm new here - my goal is to be a WAHM (I've got a 3.5 month old son) in about a year when I get out of the Navy. So far I've started a few ventures, and I'm hoping something will take off within the year. I've got a website selling Zippo lighters (my husband has a Zippo collection dating back over 60 years - that's what gave me the idea). If anyone has any suggestions for improvements, please let me know (

Also, I've done some affiliate promotion with Google AdWords and Clickbank (I may expand that if the current campaign goes well). I've sold lots of products on eBay, and dabbled in a few other websites. I'm always looking for a good product to promote on the Internet - the web programming, advertising and search engine optimization is the easy part for me (I'm a computer pro / network administrator at work)...finding a good quality product to sell has proven to be more challenging.

What I really want to do is real estate investing (buying and reselling distressed properties, foreclosures, etc.) so if anyone is doing that successfully I'd love to hear from you.

I suppose if something proves to be lucrative, I'll stick with it. Any and all suggestions would be great. And if anyone needs help promoting their websites let me know - I'd be glad to help. Thanks!

Wow - sounds like you have a lot of creative ideas. That is so awesome and will certainly help you get off on a good foot.
I am with MomExecs and love it. The opportunities and doors it has opened for me and my family have been incredible.

See you around on the "board"
