Some relevant issues in this case: Posing as someone else on Facebook, repeated attempts to contact those who do not wish contact, the creation of additional usernames in order to find a way "in".

Definitely things we should look out for as our children become more active on the internet--there are adults out there who will try just about any lame stunt. Nice to know they can face jail time.
