Ds is 4.5 and his gymnastics class is about 10 blocks away. He loves the class, but each week he throws a fit about walking there. I think he should be old enough to walk, but if it's going to affect his opinion of the class (meaning it's something he "has" to do instead of something he "likes" to do)-- it would diffuse the whole situation to just let him have his way and ride in the stroller.
What do you think? Should I keep insisting that he walks, or is he at an age that it's appropriate to still push him around when it's "far"? I don't want him to be lazy! TIA!
