Waffles with Ricotta-Walnut Topping
1/2 cup low-fat or nonfat ricotta cheese
1/2 Tbsp. walnuts
1/3 cup fruit cocktail, juice packed
1/2 Tbsp. lite syrup
1 cup low-fat or nonfat milk
2 whole wheat waffles
1. Mix the ricotta and walnuts together and set aside.
2. Toast the waffles, the spread the ricotta mixture over the waffles. Drizzle syrup over the top.
3. Serve with fruit cocktail and milk. Enjoy!
