challenge back where I was about 2 yrs. ago at 127 lbs. I can't fit into anything in my closet & I've been so depressed I've been close to tears most of the last few days.
Sunday 11/20, Breakfast 2 cups of coffee & a bowl of Rice krispees, w/lactose free milk. Lunch was hit or miss about 6 granham crackers w/peanut butter & fluff. Not good I know. Dinner was a small piece of steak & alot of salad.
Exercise today was non existant. I hope my week goes better. Stress levels are very high around here right now. Dee
