I had a heart attack in June of last year, and since then the doc has given me a stress test and some echo-grams, which have impressed him-he can not believe how much my mvp has improved and my murmer was even less noticable last time. He said that there is not limit on exercise for me. He also asked how it felt when I ran for the train (the catalyst for that first heart attack!), and I told him it was fine--still trying to figure out how he knows I have been doing that, though! I have not really been doing much the past couple of months with moving to another place and all, but before December had done Gilad, Pilates, Rumba and yoga sporadically with no discomfort at all. Do you think that there would be anything bad about me taking up Curves? I have a consultation tomorrow, and was wondering.
My doctor did not put me on cardio-rehab after the attack, as I'm fairly young and there was no real need for it.
