A bit upset with dh!!

My dh is stationed in VA on the USS Ronald Reagen and the kids and I are still in CT. He was supposted to come home for Easter(He hasn't been home since Christmas), but says that his cheif and LPO need to take leave more than he does. I understand that their jobs are stressful too, but their families live with them. The kids and I would like to see him. He says he understands that but wants to be fair. Seeing that everyone took leave at Christmas time how would it be unfair for him to take leave for Easter?

Thanks for listening, I really needed to vent.
