Just wanted to send you some motivation today. I like this quote:
Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow.
It is true. We should do something every day to inch closer to a better tomorrow, but first we have to define what a better tomorrow means. In the past, for me, it meant that I should get an education. I definitely inched my way to it, but I did it. Now, for me, my better tomorrow means that today I must try to make the right eating and exercise choices.
What have been some of your past long term goals that you inched towards and finally completed?
