I went into my 10-1/2-month-old's appointment armed with CDC documents about the WHO charts that are now recommended for use with breastfed babies.
I had the following conversation once he was seen by the doctor (not exact wording, but trying to be consistent):
The doctor said that he had gained a pound but was still on the low side (1% for weight, 66% for height).
I said, "But that's with the old charts, right?" She looked confused.
