Do any of you keep a collection of DVDs to do at home or do you just wing it when working out at home? (We've had so much ice and snow lately I've had to skip the gym a lot lately) Well, I wanted to try some new things so I bought a Tai Chi DVD and I got Jillian Michael's YOGA Meltdown. I'm really impressed with the Yoga DVD and found it quite interesting. I actually enjoyed the challenge of it.The Tai Chi was okay but not really what I was looking for. I found it more relaxing and just something to ease boredom.
Do any of you do Yoga? Have you done any other workouts or DVDs you found interesting?
