Christmas Day M/C of Twins at 7 weeks

DH and I found out we were expecting twins on 12/16. The following Monday we found out hCG levels were low and had to be repeated on Wednesday. Had an u/s on Wednesday and found out we had lost one of the twins. The levels came back fine on Thursday so we assumed everything was okay. Christmas morning I woke up to bright red bleeding. I prayed and prayed and it stopped but only to return later that afternoon when we were done with Christmas dinner. We came home and took a nap but I was still bleeding when I woke up so I decided to drive to the ER. They told me my levels had dropped to 285 and I was m/c. Merry Christmas. As soon as I got home I started bleeding really badly and was in severe pain all night long. I passed both gestational sacs. I'm devestated. I just want my babies back. We wanted these babies so badly. We have one child together, Alexander who will be 2 in Feburary and I have a son and daughter from a previous marriage. We want one more to complete our little family. We want to TTC again right away but I am scared. This is not my first m/c, but my 6th, well 7th if you count both twins. I just do not understand why my body keeps doing this. My OB has done NO testing to see what is wrong. I was told I had all the blood markers for Lupus by my neurologist. I tried telling my OB's nurse this but she does not listen. I go in Monday afternoon to have my levels checked and my doctor to check me. How long did you ladies wait to TTC again after m/c?
