Evan has had a few bowel movements in the last 24 hours - how do I tell if it's diarrhea or not? He usually has a poop every 1-2 days. In the last 24 hours he's had 2 regular sized BMs and then 3 smaller ones. So, that's a lot more than normal. But, the consistancy or color isn't any different, he doesn't have a fever, and he is acting normally. He's also peeing regularly, and his mouth and eyes are wet. I'm still exclusively pumping, so his diet hasn't changed (and mine hasn't changed in the last day or so).

I'm confused. I just don't want him to get dehydrated and us have to take him to the hospital again. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated!
