I was so proud of myself that I didn't do too much damage over the holidays. But at the turn of the year I started gaining more weight back. Trying to get back into the swing of normal daily life after things have been so hectic is really difficult! I was 313 the day after Christmas and now I'm up to 322! Note to self: Takeout is BAD!
So today I am recommiting myself to this journey I started 6 months ago. I will come up with a meal plan for my work week that fills my tummy but not my love handles. I will grab for a bag of popcorn instead of chips when I crave something salty (which I'm not supposed to have anyway). I will stock up on my Snackwell's cookies for my sweet cravings instead of Reese's pb cups. I will remember to bring a pack of gum with me to chew when I feel like eating out of boredom. I will walk around the lake once a day and go to the gym at least once a week. I. WILL. BEAT. THIS!
